1. How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders from our facility typically ship within 3-5 business days after the order has been processed. Once your order has left our facility you can expect it to arrive within 3-10 business days.

International orders may take an additional 1-2 weeks.

Please note that delays with the carrier may occur that fall beyond our control.

2. Size Guide

Please check the sizing guide for all of the sizing information on different brands and products on product's description/picture.

3. How the payment should go?

The payment will go to the bank account/ or any payment gateway account you put in Billing Information

4. What is the status of my order?

You can keep track of your order by using your tracking number we have sent to your email address. If you couldn't find it, please contact us. 

5. My orders is past the estimated delivery time.

6. Why is my tracking information not working?

Please note that tracking information updates once the order has left our facility and has been picked up and scanned by the postal courier.

If you placed your order over 21 days ago and your tracking information is still not available please contact customer support here.

Be sure to have your order number and email that was used to make the purchase when contacting our support.

7. Changes to order.

Because orders are custom made and printed on demand, we offer order changes for 24 hours. If your order is eligible you can request changes here.

8. Order cancellation.

Due to the orders being custom made design, we offer order cancellations for 24 hours after the order has been placed. If your order qualifies you can request cancellation here.

9. Refund or Exchange.

If your item is missing, materially defective, or is incorrect please contact us here.

10. Didn't Receive Confirmation Email.

When an order is placed we immediately email you your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details.

If you did not receive your confirmation email please follow these steps:

  • Check your spam folder and other email accounts, especially if you checked out with PayPal.
  • If these don't work, please click here and contact us.
