REFUND & EXCHANGE
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact our customer support team by emailing us, here Contact us. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.
For faster processing of your request please submit images demonstrating the issue with your order. Images should be:
- Images must be taken on a flat surface (Front and back)
- Images must be taken with measuring device to proof that we have sent them the wrong size
- Images of the tag of the product
- Clear representation of the damage or defect
We accept exchange for the following reasons only:
- Damaged items
- The product received is not what you ordered
- Poor print quality
- Wrong color
- Wrong Size
And refund for only:
- Out of stock
- The customer's order cannot be delivered on time
- Lost on the way to the shipping service for a long time
Please do not return any items without first contacting us with your issue. Any items sent to us without prior contact will be considered forfeit.
After making your purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, shipping address). After this timeframe, your order will go into production and we will be unable to change it for you.
